Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Also included in this latest document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a legend labelling various sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
