The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to publicize next month's bout.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
Despite those words, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning substantial paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As both boxers met for the usual face-off, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how surprising this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
